SHIPPING
Your order is processed and shipped from our Los Angeles headquarters. Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new releases. USPS standard shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days for domestic deliveries. London Manori offers free domestic shipping on orders over $50. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-21 business days for international deliveries. There are options available for expedited shipping at checkout.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.
If billing and shipping addresses are provided in a language other than English, your order will be subject to a delay or cancellation.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept exchanges for items purchased online.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or item, we will issue you store credit once your return is received and processed. Once processed, store credit can then be used to place a new order for a different size or item.
We do not accept returns or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
