What does Gold Filled mean?

It's an actual layer of gold pressure bonded to another metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo.

How do I get help if I have questions?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally based on your country. There would be shipping charges and also may be country specific import taxes and duties that also apply.

How do I track my order?

Once tracking details are available, you will receive tracking confirmation via email and a link to track your package.

Returns, Repairs, and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact info@londonmanori.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

For repair inquiries outside of shipping damage, please contact info@londonmanori.com. Repair services, if available, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to fees.

London Manori reserves the right to deny repair requests or claims that do not meet our policy requirements.
