All Sales Are Final
At London Manori, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery atĀ info@londonmanori.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will review your claim and, if approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit or refund as appropriate.
Shipping Issues
London Manori is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier. We are happy to assist with the carrier's investigation but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewelry
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
